I've spent more than 20 years helping retail and ecommerce brands grow. Leading teams, owning P&Ls, scaling revenue, improving customer experiences and solving complex commercial challenges.

My career has been spent brand-side, working across fashion, furniture, luxury retail and consumer brands in leadership roles spanning Ecommerce, Digital, Marketing and Customer Experience. I've led teams of more than 60 people, managed multi-million dollar budgets and helped businesses navigate everything from rapid growth and international expansion to digital transformation and organisational change.

What I've learned is that most businesses don't have a growth problem. They have a bottleneck problem.

The revenue opportunity is often already there. Customers are visiting the site, products are selling and teams are working hard. But somewhere across acquisition, conversion, retention, customer experience or operations, value is being lost.

My job is to find it.

I combine data, customer behaviour and commercial analysis to uncover what's holding businesses back and identify where revenue, profit and customer lifetime value are being left on the table. From there, I help teams prioritise the right opportunities and build practical roadmaps for growth.

While data is a critical part of every decision, I've always believed the best businesses are built around people. Behind every metric is a customer trying to solve a problem, make a decision or have a better experience. The brands that win are the ones that understand this and create experiences that genuinely serve their customers.

Today I work with founders, leadership teams and ecommerce businesses as a Fractional Director, Strategic Advisor and Coach. Whether I'm helping a business navigate growth, mentoring emerging leaders or solving a complex commercial challenge, my approach remains the same: understand the customer, understand the numbers, and focus on what matters most.
